A new boss is taking over CBS's "Undercover Boss" following the exit of original showrunner Shauna Minoprio.
Chris Carlson, who has been VP of alternative programming at the Eye since March 2008, is leaving his role as a buyer and will now executive produce "Boss" for producer Studio Lambert. Minoprio is leaving "Boss" due to personal reasons, a person familiar with the matter said.
