Law & Order star Jeremy Sisto will have two unlikely travel companions when he honeymoons with his new wife Addie Lane - he's taking his mum and mother-in-law along with them.

The actor married Lane in a casual, low-key ceremony in New York in October with just their daughter Charlie and her nanny present.

The newlyweds are preparing to fly to sunny St. Bart's to kick back and relax, but they won't be alone - they'll have their mums on hand to look after their six-month-old baby girl.

Sisto tells Star magazine, "I never thought I would say, 'I'm bringing my mum on my honeymoon.' But we were nervous about leaving the baby behind... they will be there to help us out so we can enjoy some alone time." »

Heidi Klum Hits the Runway With the Angels at Vs Show!

20 November 2009 6:00 AM, PST | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returned to New York City last night, where the girls stripped down to their lingerie despite the chilly weather outside. There were some playful moments throughout the show, but perhaps the biggest surprise was Heidi Klum. Just six weeks after giving birth to her daughter Lou, Heidi said she was hosting not walking for the event, but she still took to the catwalk in a sexy getup and strode the carpet in a tiny Lbd. Fergie got into the spirit performing with the Black Eyed Peas on stage while models like Selita Ebanks, Miranda Kerr and Chanel Iman walked. Marissa Miller was the chosen one to wear the diamond studded bra this year. On the red carpet, both Heidi and Fergie both showed off some leg on the famous pink carpet where they were joined by Gossip Girl Michelle Trachtenberg. There were, naturally, some men »

The Play’s the Thing for Aniston, Ashton, Demi, Brooke, and More

10 November 2009 2:00 PM, PST | Vanity Fair | See recent Vanity Fair news »

Too many stars to fit in one frame: Anthony Mackie, Brooke Shields, Jennifer Aniston, David Cross, Liev Schrieber, Naomi Watts, Jeremy Sisto, Emmy Rossum, Julia Stiles, and Gaby Hoffmann are among the cast members taking a curtain call after performing in the 24 Hour Plays. Kevin Mazur/Getty Images. It has been an unusually starry fall on Broadway—Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig in A Steady Rain, Jude Law in Hamlet, and, later this month, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury in A Little Night Music, just to name a few. But rarely has there been such assemblage of big names on one Broadway stage as there was last night at the American Airlines Theater. Among the performers were Jennifer Aniston, David Cross, Billy Crudup, Rosario Dawson, John Krasinski, Ashton Kutcher, Eva Mendes, Demi Moore, Rosie Perez, Sam Rockwell, Liev Schrieber, Brooke Shields, Julia Stiles, Amber Tamblyn, and Naomi Watts. Alynda Wheat's Beat Cop: It's the procedural playoffs -- sweeps month!

3 November 2009 1:38 PM, PST | EW.com - PopWatch | See recent EW.com - PopWatch news »

It’s sweeps month! It’s sweeps month! Craziness will happen! Casting will be stunty! Networks will actually try! Yes, Beatniks, it’s that magical time of year when whatever the actual televised content on procedurals—good or bad—it is highly unlikely to be indifferent. Those networks need our eyeballs, so if they want ’em, they'd better be willing to throw us a CSI triple crossover, resurrect long-lost castmembers, and double the Deschanel quotient! (Oh wait, no, Zooey’s not popping up on Bones till Dec. 10. Shoot. That’s one bit of holiday stunt casting I do approve of, »

Benjamin Bratt back on the beat at Law & Order

25 October 2009 9:06 AM, PDT | AOL - TVSquad | See recent AOL - TVSquad news »

I started watching Law & Order during the Briscoe and Green days, so I don't know a whole lot about Detective Rey Curtis, Briscoe's former partner from '94-'99. What I do know is that Benjamin Bratt is pulling a Chris Noth and returning to the show that gave him his big break.

Bratt, whose A&E series, The Cleaner, was just canceled, is reprising his role as Detective Rey Curtis on the original Law & Order. However, it doesn't look like the current crime-fighting duo of Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Bernard (Anthony Anderson) have anything to worry about: Bratt is only signed up for one episode.

Horror Programming at the Hollywood Film Festival

23 October 2009 12:38 PM, PDT | Pretty/Scary | See recent pretty-scary news »

For those of you in the La area, the 13th annual Hollywood Film Festival kicks off Oct. 23 and continues through the weekend with some promising horror programs at 9pm each evening.

First up on Friday is the Interplanetary (accompanied by short Attackazoids), a B-movie romp across the surface of Mars from Birmingham film-maker Chance Shirley, who shot on old-school 16mm “like it was still 1983”. Originally pitched as “Alien meets Office Space”, this is Shirley’s follow-up to 2004’s zombie comedy, Hide and Creep. Saturday’s line up is all about the walking dead and includes Spanish chaos-in-a-mall short, Zombies and Cigarettes, followed by zombie/serial-killer hybrid Die-ner.

Tightly constructed around strong performances, Die-ner ponders the existential dilemma of a sociopath stuck in – obviously – a diner, facing an onslaught from his recently deceased victims. If you prefer bloodsuckers on a Saturday night, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Undead is a dark comedy »

Sisto Weds In New York

14 October 2009 12:21 PM, PDT | WENN | See recent WENN news »

Law & Order star Jeremy Sisto has wed his fiancee Addie Lane in a very low-key ceremony in New York.

The couple exchanged vows at City Hall in downtown Manhattan on Tuesday with only their four-month-old daughter Charlie and her nanny present.

The pair didn't even dress up - Sisto opted for a casual shirt and ripped jeans, while Lane donned a simple dress for the nuptials.

The newlyweds were spotted coming out of City Hall's marriage bureau by an onlooker who expressed how happy he was for the couple, prompting the bride to coo, "We are the ones who are happy."

The marriage is Sisto's second - he divorced Marisa Ryan, his wife of nine years, in 2002. »

Child’S Play, Wrong Turn, Wrong Turn 2 Blu-ray Reviews

10 October 2009 9:23 AM, PDT | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

Universal has already issued their horror releases for Halloween, and I’ve already reviewed them, so I’m reviewing half of the 20th Century Fox releases for Halloween. Child’s Play, and Wrong Turns one and two. At least two of these movies are pretty good. My reviews after the jump.

Tom Holland is easy to underrate as he fell off the map. But with this and Fright Night, he’s definitely one of the masters of 1980’s horror. Alas, his follow ups were not as promising or entertaining. But Child’s Play works because it’s a Twilight Zone episode brought to life. There’s not a lot of fucking around, and it sells that the dolls is animated, which is the feat with a show like this. Catherine Hicks stars as Karen Barclay, whose son Andy (Alex Vincent) is a huge fan of Good Guys, a TV show »

Jon and Kate Inspire Law & Order Episode

Law & Order loves to base their plot lines off of real life current news stories. That’s why it doesn’t surprise us that the Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin story is being turned into an episode of the show. The October 16th episode, entitled Reality Bites, will be about a reality show called Larry Plus 10, about a single dad raising 10 adopted special needs children by himself after his wife, Joy, is killed. Alynda Wheat's Beat Cop: 'Three Rivers' might need some CPR

My name is Alynda and I am an organ donor. There, now everybody knows and we don't have to go through any confusion or sticky sitches in the hospital, Three Rivers-style. What did you think of the Rivers debut, the few of you who watched it? (If you missed it, by the way, you can catch it here.) I'm still trying to decide if I'm giving it too much leeway because star Alex O'Loughlin is in my imaginary-boyfriend stable (and we're pretty serious, with his having met my mom and all). But I'll try to be objective. Let's start »

Blu-Ray Round Up: MGM Releases Wave of Modern Horror Classics

22 September 2009 6:16 AM, PDT | HollywoodChicago.com | See recent HollywoodChicago.com news »

Chicago – Start planning your Halloween marathon now. Last week, we highlighted the Universal wave of titles that included greats like “Shaun of the Dead” and “Army of Darkness” and we’re back with another wave of modern horror classics, including Oscar winners “Silence of the Lambs” and “Misery”.

The Blu-Ray Round-Up, HollywoodChicago.com’s regular column that highlights synopsis, tech details, and special features for titles that might otherwise fall through your Blu-Ray buying cracks, doesn’t usually play favorites, but every good horror fan should have “Manhunter,” “Silence,” “Child’s Play,” and “Misery” in their collection. Whether or not you need to own the “Wrong Turn” films is something only you can decide.

All five titles were released last week, September 15th, 2009. Both “Child’s Play” and “Misery” are presented in a Bd/DVD combo pack with both HD and standard versions of the film.
