You can send any/all of the above to ausielloscoop@ew.com Question: Is Izzie really pregnant on Grey's Anatomy? —Elle Ausiello: I'll say this: ABC's promo gurus are very sneaky! While we're on the subject of Katherine Heigl, sources confirm to me exclusively that she's taking another leave of absence from Grey's — but this time her reasons are personal, not professional. Heigl will be going on a belated maternity leave to spend some Qt with new daughter Naleigh. As a result, Izzie »

Big news: Matt Reeves' remake of Tomas Alfredson's Let the Right One In (Låt den Rätte Komma in), retitled Let Me In, announced its lead actors today. 500 Days of Summer's wise child little sister, Chloe Moretz, will be playing Abby, our (androgynous?) vampire, and The Road's Kodi Smit-McPhee (who is either the best part or the worst part of that apocalyptic flick, due out in November), will be the bullied Owen, nee Oskar. And the ever-awesome Richard Jenkins, who's probably in India right now playing 'Richard from Texas' in the film version of Eat Pray Love, will fill the shoes of Hakan. (That name is going to change.) Here's the trailer for Smit-McPhee's other big film, Romulus My Father, co-starring Eric Bana and Franka Potente. He won lots of awards for this flick: Read our 2008 interview with Let the Right One In director Tomas Alfredson. What are »

They're young, beautiful and talented, but some of them maybe quite unfamiliar to some of you. House is back and I have no idea what that means.
Last season’s finale was so jaw-droppingly good that I spent the better part of my summer wondering what this season, the show’s sixth, was going to be like. My favorite fantasy was imagining House living with, and helping the cast of, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. For while the show started off as, and continues to be, a medical mystery; it has evolved beyond that.
The first season, and even into the second season, the show revolved around the genius that is Gregory House. Every episode was about how he, and his team, could find the truth of the situation in the smallest, most mundane of details. We, the audience, were just along for the ride. We were there to watch House harass his colleagues and then name the Obscure Medical Phenomenon of the Week. »

First I spotted Halloween candy at Cvs. Then I saw a leaf on the ground. Then I wore a sweatshirt under a jacket (best day of the year). But now I know for sure that it's fall, because there is way too much TV on at 8 p.m. tonight. In a good way. What to watch? DVR? Skip? Save? Let's break it down.... 'Dancing With The Stars', two-hour premiere, ABC Reasons to watch: This could be your only chance to see Tom DeLay on the dance floor. (Although something tells me it will be on The Soup and perhaps The Daily Show....) Reasons to skip: Dwts is on again tomorrow and Wednesday. Tonight's the men, tomorrow's the women, Wednesday is a results show and tribute to Patrick Swayze, and watching all three might put you in severe dance overload. Also, yeargh, the early rounds are boring. 'Heroes, »

When we last saw House he was getting ready to admit himself to an asylum in a last ditch effort to kick his drug addiction. I'm willing to bet the vivid fantasies of sexing Cuddy will go on, though – hopefully. The bottom line is, I don't think any of us can imagine what is on the other side of those gates for House – who would have guessed, though, an equal. Actor Andre Braugher will play Dr. Darryl Nolan on the two-hour premiere episode of House "Broken", and according to both him, and Hugh Laurie, Nolan turns out to be a formidable opponent for House once the crass doc predictably second guesses his 'treatment' plan.
Andre Braugher has played some convincing heavies in films like The Mist, and more famously as Det. Frank Pembleton on Homicide: Life on the Streets. His characters are hardcore skull mechanics, the type that can »

Chicago – Unrelenting pain, obsessive drug use and chronic hallucinations. Yeah, House has a problem. He’s broken. But can he be fixed? And will he let himself?
Television Rating: 4.5/5.0 For the first time, Dr. Gregory House is embracing denial no more. In the undeniably worth-your-time two-hour Fox premiere of season six of “House M.D” on Monday, Golden Globe winner Hugh Laurie instead shatters his M.O. by admitting his addiction to the narcotic painkiller Vicodin. He works on a drug detox as he tries to win jurisdiction over his hallucinations.

This time, calling the season opener an “epic premiere event” isn’t just the marketing folks blowing smoke up your whoopie cake. And this time, House mostly doesn’t step foot in a hospital where he usually plays the mastermind and callous doctor. »

Just two short days before the much-anticipated premiere of House season 6. The gist: House (Hugh Laurie) is taken to a loony bin (or as he carefully points out, a psychiatric institution) because of an apparent overdose. It was previously revealed that there will be a new love interest in store for him, but unlike what happened with Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein), the make out scenes with Franka Potente are anything but hallucinatory. As Laurie himself confirmed, they're very "real."
But outside of House's romantic whatevers, Laurie says the House season 6 premiere will no doubt be "humbling" - and we think we have an idea what he means.

While in the mental asylum, House has sex with Franka Potente's character.
Let's get that out of the way at the beginning. Not season five-ending imaginary sex, such as the kind House had with Cuddy. But actual action between the sheets.
Where does this leave things with Cuddy? Lisa Edelstein told Michael Ausiello that Cuddy doesn't seem to be aware of House's dalliances while away, but the Huddy dynamic will continue to have "ups and downs."
“She has to eventually deal with him coming back and what his role will be and how will she handle him and what kind of state is he coming back in," the actress said. "They have feelings for each other. But who knows if they will ever be right for each other?
"They never seem to be coming at each other at the same time. We are having fun no matter how we play it. »

You can send any/all of the above to ausielloscoop@ew.com Question: Has it dawned on anyone that Taub and Thirteen's three-year fellowships are about to end on House? Do you know if the show plans to follow through on that? And, if so, does this mean Peter Jacobson and Olivia Wilde are leaving? —Mindy Ausiello: It certainly dawned on me. And it dawned on series creator David Shore — at least it did when I reminded him recently. He says he hasn't figured out what will happen to Taub and Thirteen after their fellowships expire. Luckily, time is on his side. "It won't be until the end of the season," he says, adding that it's not in his nature to gloss over such plot points. "I don't like those things to be fake-outs. »

Question: Can you please tell me if there are any good Owen and Cristina scenes in Grey's Anatomy season premiere? Matt Damon is at the Venice International Film Festival this week promoting his new movie "The Informant!," but he can't escape press inquiries regarding a fourth "Bourne" movie. Another installment of the action franchise was greenlit by Universal last October, and Damon is on board provided there's a worthwhile script.
The problem is, apparently nobody can come up with a good idea for the continuation of the formerly amnesiac super soldier's story.
This is where you come in -- if you can find the number for an exec at Universal, that is. Damon told Empire Online that there's a huge amount of pressure coming from the studio to make the sequel. "Even if we made a horrible movie, it would make money, and [Universal execs] know that."
"If you have a good fourth 'Bourne' story," he said in the interview, "call Universal and they'll give you a bunch of money!"

What's going on with Cuddy, Wilson, Foreman, Cameron and Chase while House is in the mental institution? — RBlythe
Mickey: First off, have you seen this Season 6 preview? Because I just noticed something awesome: Dr. House is kissing the brilliant Franka Potente (Run Lola Run, the Bourne films), and she's wearing a lab coat. Hmm... Until we get to that, though, only Wilson and House will appear in the season premiere, which takes place at the Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital. After that, look for Foreman to take the lead back at Princeton-Plainsboro, which will cause a rift in his relationship with Thirteen. What do you people have against the lovely Olivia Wilde anyway?

Today is Emmanuelle Béart's 46th birthday. Here she is to your left earlier this summer with another Gallic great Isabelle Huppert. Huppert is still an arthouse draw in the states but it seems like it's been ages since Béart made it to our screens in any significant way. There's been a teensy run here and there (Strayed, The Witnesses) but the last film that won any real attention was 8 Women (2002) also starring Huppert... and Catherine Deneuve and Fanny Ardant and Ludivine Sagnier. Mon dieu, je l'aime!
The last time I remember hearing other Americans talk about Béart was in college in the early to mid90s when Béart had that critically acclaimed run of Un Couer en Hiver (Cesar nom), L'Enfer, A French Woman and Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud (Cesar nomination) but international stardom is a tough thing to maintain for anyone, no matter how beautiful or talented.
