Universal has announced a new special edition of Alfred Hitchcock's landmark classic film Psycho for release on October 7th, 2008. Funny... looking over the features for this "Legacy" series DVD, it doesn't look like there's much more then what was on the original release of Psycho. (Psycho? Legacy? Wonder where they came up with that?) Features and artwork are listed below. Sadly, there's still no love for the Psycho sequels from Universal. Hmmm... thankfully, Icons is producing a documentary on the Psycho series, primarily about the sequels. So those films will get their due! (Rest assured!)
