S/He Had It Coming: Yvonne 'Vee' Parker, played by Lorraine Toussaint.
Vee's arrival at Litchfield immediately caused a stir; her formidable street reputation preceded her. But instead of allowing herself to be lumped in to quietly do her time with the rest of the older inmates, Vee exploited the weaknesses of the women around her by yanking on emotional bonds, driving otherwise peaceful inmates to commit violence. In an act that was beyond forgiveness, she had the prison's grand dame Red (Kate Mulgrew) beaten to a pulp. When it looked like she had escaped after all of that, it was enough to make a devoted viewer furious...until terminally-ill fellow escapee Rosa (Barbara Rosenblat) made the most of her final drive to freedom by slamming into Vee with a speeding van on the way out. That, friends, is a justice system that works.
Runners Up: "Sons of Anarchy's" Gemma (Katey Sagal), shot in the head by her son for killing her daughter-in-law; "Revenge's" Conrad Grayson (Henry Czerny), who arranged to walk out of prison only to be knifed to death by the driver of his getaway car: the man he betrayed, David Clarke; "Fargo's" Lorne Malvo (Billy Bob Thornton), who spread malevolence for the sake of his own entertainment, only to be shot by the mild-mannered cop he threatened;"Game of Thrones's" Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance), who couldn't shut his trap even though the angry son he sentenced to die had a crossbow pointed at his gut, as he sat on the toilet.
