Keith Kopp is an award-winning film director based in the United Kingdom. From an early age Keith was attracted to personal and intimate stories on the big screen and after spending five years of his youth in the military he decided to make his dream a reality. He attended London Film School and was mentored by Gus Van Sant on his film Gage.
Keith's work has been screened in film festivals globally such as Portland Film Festival, Belfast Film Festival, Encounters Film Festival and broadcast on Sky TV. He is drawn to themes relating to transformation, redemption and family dynamics. Keith is passionate about all of the details of filmmaking but places a special emphasis on performance and relishes working with actors.
He is in the post-production with his debut feature film Translations, a romance drama based in Wales. When an agoraphobic translator is tracked down by her dead brother's friend, he attempts to show her the world she's missing by staying inside.
