How I rank the Pixar movies
Pixar Animation studios is probably the one of the best Hollywood companies, if not the best, to this day. Not ONE Pixar movie is bad. Yes, some are worst than others, but I have liked every movie I have seen. So without further ado, I shall show you how I rank the movies. PLEASE NOTE: I personally take animated movies seriously. Most people look at these as "kid movies" but there is so much depth to them, that I cannot call them that.

- DirectorBrad BirdJan PinkavaStarsBrad GarrettLou RomanoPatton OswaltA rat who can cook makes an unusual alliance with a young kitchen worker at a famous Paris restaurant. In my opinion, this is the best Pixar movie. Many disagree, they like Nemo and Wall-E and Toy Story, but Brad Bird's Ratatouille is just beautiful. The Story is completely fresh, and its fabulous. The music is incredible, and everything from voice acting to animation to me just stands out beyond the other movies. Its funny, its sad, its dramatic, and makes you hungry. It's the Best.
- DirectorBrad BirdStarsCraig T. NelsonSamuel L. JacksonHolly HunterWhile trying to lead a quiet suburban life, a family of undercover superheroes are forced into action to save the world.Again, Brad Bird. The man just makes great movies. And this is James Bond meets superman meets family. Not only is the story so intriguing, but its so real at times. All the family interactions and husband and wife confrontations are so real. It has its funny moments, and its an "incredible" action film.
- DirectorPete DocterDavid SilvermanLee UnkrichStarsBilly CrystalJohn GoodmanMary GibbsIn order to power the city, monsters have to scare children so that they scream. However, the children are toxic to the monsters, and after a child gets through, two monsters realize things may not be what they think.By far the funniest Pixar movie, and the cutest with Boo. Billy Crystal and John Goodman rule in it, and the story is so different and amazing.
- DirectorPete DocterBob PetersonStarsEdward AsnerJordan NagaiJohn Ratzenberger78-year-old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his house equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway.Okay, I'm going to bet shorter now, but this movie is more of an adult movie, and that is what makes it so breathtaking. Its just beautiful. First Pixar movie that I cried in.
- DirectorAndrew StantonStarsBen BurttElissa KnightJeff GarlinIn the distant future, a small waste-collecting robot inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind.A beautifully animated movie that proves you don't need a ton of dialogue to make an amazing movie. Just two robots in space.
- DirectorLee UnkrichStarsTom HanksTim AllenJoan CusackThe toys are mistakenly delivered to a day-care center instead of the attic right before Andy leaves for college, and it's up to Woody to convince the other toys that they weren't abandoned and to return home. For some reason, critics say this is the best pixar. I can agree its an great movie, but not the best. But I think thats only because I saw it 4 times in the theater...
- DirectorJohn LasseterStarsTom HanksTim AllenDon RicklesA cowboy doll is profoundly threatened and jealous when a new spaceman action figure supplants him as top toy in a boy's bedroom. The first Pixar ever made, and many say the best. But probably due to my childhood obsession with it, I don't like it as much as other. But its still boss!
- DirectorAndrew StantonLee UnkrichStarsAlbert BrooksEllen DeGeneresAlexander GouldAfter his son is captured in the Great Barrier Reef and taken to Sydney, a timid clownfish sets out on a journey to bring him home.So many people like this movie, and I do too, but thanks to some of my family members obsession with it, I have lost a lot of the love I used to have for it. But that doesn't take away that its a fabulous film!
- DirectorJohn LasseterJoe RanftStarsOwen WilsonBonnie HuntPaul NewmanOn the way to the biggest race of his life, a hotshot rookie race car gets stranded in a rundown town and learns that winning isn't everything in life. This movie gets a lot of rap for not being that good, but I strongly disagree. The story in this movie is extremely fresh and exciting. And I still to this day think that the Academy Awards shot themselves in the foot for picking that stupid movie "Happy Feet".....which should be called more like "Humans stink"....
- DirectorMark AndrewsBrenda ChapmanSteve PurcellStarsKelly MacdonaldBilly ConnollyEmma ThompsonDetermined to make her own path in life, Princess Merida defies a custom that brings chaos to her kingdom. Granted one wish, Merida must rely on her bravery and her archery skills to undo a beastly curse.Just saw this in Theaters and was very impressed. The Animation and especially the music. The story was new to Pixar, so I liked that element and a lot of the Mother-Daughter moments were extremely realistic. I left the theater saying it was in my top 5, but it hard to look back at the other Pixar's and put it in front of them...
- DirectorJohn LasseterAndrew StantonStarsKevin SpaceyDave FoleyJulia Louis-DreyfusA misfit ant, looking for "warriors" to save his colony from greedy grasshoppers, recruits a group of bugs that turn out to be an inept circus troupe. This movie is extremely funny and cleverly written, but for some reason, I get bored sometimes watching it.....which is kinda sad...
- DirectorJohn LasseterAsh BrannonLee UnkrichStarsTom HanksTim AllenJoan CusackWhen Woody is stolen by a toy collector, Buzz and his friends set out on a rescue mission to save Woody before he becomes a museum toy property with his roundup gang Jessie, Prospector, and Bullseye. My least favorite of the Toy Story's.....And its not a bad film, but Its just not my favorite.
- DirectorJohn LasseterBradford LewisStarsOwen WilsonLarry the Cable GuyMichael CaineStar race car Lightning McQueen and his pal Mater head overseas to compete in the World Grand Prix race. But the road to the championship becomes rocky as Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage.Yes. This is the worst pixar movie to date. But just because its the worst doesn't make it a Bad movie. It's actually a pretty good movie! But when you compare it to other ones, it falls short.
