- Ida lives on a sailing yacht with a crew of five men. While on shore leave in Marseilles, she becomes fascinated with the French Foreign Legion and decides to sail to Sidi Bel Abbès, the Legion's former headquarters in Algeria.
- Two women spend a weekend together at the North Sea. Walks on the beach, fish buns at a snack stand, mobile weather forecasts. Sky, horizon, water. One of them will soon return to her family in Argentina while the other one will try to come a step closer to the ocean. She travels to the Caribbean and the foreign makes her vulnerable. Then, the land is out of sight. On a sailing vessel she crosses the Atlantic Ocean. One wave follows the other, they never resemble. Thoughts go astray, time leaves the beaten track and the swell lulls to deep sleep. The sea takes over the narration. And when the other one reappears in it, the wind is still in her hair while the ground beneath her feet is solid. She returns and the one of them could ask: "Have you changed?"
- Two people meet on the bus to Lübeck. You come to the Hanseatic city to work. The Polish Agnieszka as the carer of an elderly gentleman with dementia, Dieudonné from the Ivory Coast as a harvest helper on an organic tomato plantation. Agnieszka, who works on behalf of a Catholic placement agency, soon develops a close connection with Siegfried, whose son Carsten, who is rarely present, has little understanding for him. Dieudonné, trapped in the exploitative structures of modern agriculture, communicates primarily through a mysterious network: the Amitié. An artificial intelligence and virtual reality that anyone can join and whose possibilities seem unlimited. When a crazy police officer suspects a smuggling gang is behind the network and Siegfried is picked up by a mysterious taxi, events take over. Science fiction parable that tells with a lot of humor and artistic imagination about the inequality in our society and the hope for a self-determined life in the future.
- OLANDA tells the story of mushroom pickers who, in the summer and autumn months head, to the southern Carpathians of Romania to begin their search. The film takes a look at the coexistence of a temporary community over a whole season and uses the rhizomatic structure of the fungus itself to describe a precarious sociopolitical structure in which the smaller and the larger stories, the different motivations and circumstances of the protagonists cross paths and connect again and again.
