- There once was a pirate known as the Great Gold Pirate Woonan, who obtained almost 1/3 of the world's gold. Over the course of a few years, the pirate's existence faded, and a legend grew that he disappeared with his gold to a remote island, an island pirates continue to search for. Aboard the Going Merry, Luffy and his crew, starved and reckless, are robbed of their treasure. In an attempt to get it back, they wreck the getaway ship, guided by a young boy named Tabio, who's a captured part of El Drago's pirate crew. El Drago's love for gold has driven him to look for Woonan's island, and thanks to Woonan's treasure map, he finds it. During this time, Luffy's crew have been split up, and despite their own circumstances, they must find a way to stop El Drago from obtaining Woonan's gold.
- Everything begins when a secret agent hides in the boat where the Futaba students are having dinner. The bad guys follow her and take the boat with her, Shin Chan and her friends on board. From there, the boys go with the agent everywhere as their hostages.

But when the Russians come to their house, they decide to flee over the 38th Parallel towards freedom. A group of men, women, children struggles along the mountains, led by the light of the Northern Star. Along the way they meet a Korean man, who is willing to help them to escape the Russian soldiers although his family was killed by the Japanese.
- When alien invaders come to Earth, the Jin family reveals its alien nature. Their ancestors came to Earth from planet Biar, after it was conquered by the army of Gaizok, who is now aiming at conquering Earth. With the help of ancient documents they will find the ships of their ancestors and assemble the robot "Zambot 3", to fight their old enemy.

- Sozo Haran was a scientist living on Mars, who created a form of self-aware cyborgs (the Meganoids). The Meganoids rebelled and killed Dr. Haran and his family, except his son, the 16-year-old Banjo Haran. Banjo escapes from Mars with a super robot called Daitarn 3, built with the Mars special metals. Living on Earth, Banjo fights against the Meganoids together with his butler Garrison and the two girls Reika and Beauty, in attempt of preventing the Meganoids from converting the human race into cyborgs.

With only 119 hours until the destabilized facility collapses from the water pressure, the tide and tension inside LeMU continues to quickly rise. Unable to help themselves, unable to escape, the seven people turn to each other for comfort, support, and hope. Two young men, Takeshi Kuranari, an emotional university student, and the Kid, a teenager suffering from amnesia, are the filters through which this world is seen. As one or the other, different elements of the mysteries of LeMU, the accident, and the five heroines are revealed. Only by experiencing the story through both of them can the truth be revealed, and everyone be saved. And, as time runs out, feelings between the seven continue to grow, and glimmers of love among the desperation shines through. Will it be enough to undo the disaster? Can true feelings save the seven from tragedy? Only time, what little of it is left, will tell.

To combat the invasion, a genius inventor, upgrade some the kids' robot helpers into powerful robot fighters.
