- The people of Pirendorn, plagued by evil and tyranny, seek out help from Jolly Mavis, one of a dying breed who lives a peaceful life in The Valley fishing and singing old Mavis ditties. Jolly gallantly accepts the quest with adventure in his heart and a song on his tongue. The journey begins and on his way Jolly recruits the help of Draygon (an aged hero haunted by demons - of his past) and Bog-Eye (a young outcast with a tragic history). Their quest leads them through barren lands, sporadic bandit attacks and a confrontation with the ostentatious Duke, before the brave adventurers face their ultimate battle - The Giant.
