- Since the dawn of time, everything that has lived and breathed on this planet has been subject to the whims of Mother Nature. The nature of an adventurer is inherently rogue; typically wild in character, subject to the fancy of their imagination. We are unequivocally drawn to nature's rawest fury and deepest mysteries. These are the irreverent souls who pursue the edge. In the winter of 2017, the magnitude of winter's force was on full display. Telephone-pole-snapping storms pounded the Wyoming landscape. Regions to the west, recently left arid and forgotten, were gifted with unprecedented accumulation. Blizzards in Europe buried towns in an instant before disappearing just as fast, leaving the lucky few who were there to wonder if it even happened. A Bolivian expedition found grace above 18,000 feet before the elements went rogue and the humans reluctantly heeded warnings from above. Join the TGR team as they embark on an adventure filled with fury and glory, and witness the unimaginable. Presented by REI.

Like the frontiersmen before them, the pioneers of the freeride movement like Doug Coombs, Eric Pehota and Trevor Petersen made the dream of skiing in Alaska a reality. Follow Teton Gravity Research's modern day athletes on this cinematic voyage through Alaska's awe-inspiring expanse, rich history and colorful characters. The crew delves deep into the Alaskan way of life during a record year of snowfall - skiing terrain most of us only dream about.
- Far Out embodies the imagination as much as it does a physical space. It is the quest to seek out undiscovered realms and inspire new waves of creativity, enlightenment, and progression in skiing. It is the quest to be blown away.
- Ski lore is riddled with stories, sometimes of unknown origin, describing plausible but extraordinary past events. Often shared on chairlifts, the skin-track, or over a beer, these legendary tales, whether it be mythical storm cycles, heroic feats, or whispers of fantastical terrain, all contribute and shape our present experience. For 28 years Teton Gravity Research has been traveling the globe with the best athletes to the most incredible locations often based on this fabled history to uncover the experience...and sometimes creating legends of our own along the way.
